Terrible service, supposedly your terminal fails. They double charged me, I contacted them and they say that they will check later and they call me right away (they don't), I call again and they say that they already made the refund (I wait days, it is not reflected in my account :(, I fly to call and they say that I should settle the matter with the bank. Did I buy the product from the bank or with you? Terrible service.
